CCAs procure renewable sources of electricity for their customers and utilize the power lines, owned by the local utility, to distribute this renewable energy. Calpine Community Energy provides CCAs with data management, billing, account, rate implementation, and contact center services, which are operationally critical to their success.Job Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support business decision-making.\n\nDevelop complex data models and perform advanced data transformation, manipulation, and analysis using Power BI tools such as DAX, Power Query, SQL, and related technologies.\n\nConsolidate, integrate, and transform data from diverse sources, including databases, Excel files, text files, web APIs, and other enterprise systems.\n\nDesign and maintain relational and dimensional database models to support reporting and analytics requirements.\n\nBuild, maintain, and optimize ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other data integration tools.\n\nDevelop scalable data solutions and data delivery mechanisms utilizing APIs and modern integration technologies.\n\nPerform data validation, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and discipline required, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant work experience.\n\nExperience\nMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and semantic data models.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience with DAX, Power Query, Data Flows, T-SQL, and SSIS.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in API development and integration.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries.\n\nExperience with database design, data modeling, and data
