strengthen fundraising performance.\nThis position combines philanthropy operations, business planning, financial management, and prospect intelligence into a single function focused on enabling growth, improving decision-making, and strengthening organizational effectiveness.\nCore Responsibility:Build and maintain the systems, data, processes, and market intelligence necessary to support philanthropic growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlanning, Forecasting & Budget Management:\nDevelop and maintainphilanthropy revenue forecasts, pipeline projections, and fundraising performance models.\n\nCoordinate grant budget development and philanthropic financial planning processes.\n\nTrack progress toward annual fundraising goals and revenue targets.\n\nDevelop financial reports and analyses to support leadership decision-making.\n\nSupport annual planning, portfolio reviews, and departmental performance tracking.\n\nMonitor portfolio health and identifyrevenue risks and growth opportunities.\n\nPartner with Finance to support forecasting, grant budgeting, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.\n\nOperations, CRM & Systems Management:\nServe as primary administrator of philanthropy CRM systems and related reporting tools.\n\nMaintain data integrity, portfolio tracking systems, fundraising records, and pipeline management processes.\n\nDevelop and manage dashboards, reporting systems, and performance metrics.\n\nEstablish and maintainoperational procedures, workflows, templates, and documentation.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across philanthropy operations.\n\nCoordinate operational processes across philanthropy, finance, communications, and program teams.\n\nEnsure leadership has accurate, timely, and actionable data to support decision-making.\n\nProspect Research, Pipeline Development & Intelligence:\nConduct research on foundations, corporations, family offices, donor-advised funds, and individual giving prospects.\n\nIdentify, qualify, and prioritize prospective philanthropic funding opportunities.\n\nBuild and maintainprospect pipelines aligned with Catalyst Mobility's strategic priorities and growth objectives.\n\nMonitor philanthropic trends, funding opportunities, and emerging funders.\n\nDevelop prospect profiles, briefing materials, relationship maps, and funder intelligence reports.\n\nSupport cultivation planning through targeted research and opportunity analysis.\n\nPartner with the Senior Manager, Emerging Partnerships & Growth to identifyand advance high-potentialopportunities.\n\nConduct portfolio gap analyses and recommend prospecting priorities.\n\nMaintain prospect and opportunitydashboards, tracking tools, and pipeline reports.\n\nSupport developmentof annual prospecting goals, pipeline targets, and revenue growth strategies.\n\nPortfolio Analysis & Performance Reporting:\nAnalyze fundraising performance, pipeline health, and portfolio trends.\n\nDevelop reports and presentations for leadership, executive audiences, and board reporting.\n\nTrack key fundraising performance indicators and organizational metrics.\n\nIdentifytrends, opportunities, and areas of risk across the philanthropy portfolio.\n\nProvide recommendations based on fundraising, prospecting, and portfolio data.\n\nSupport continuous improvement efforts through analysis and performance measurement.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired Experience:\n5+years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising operations, grant management, nonprofit administration, business operations, prospect research, or a relatedfield.\n\nExperience managing CRM systems and fundraising databases.\n\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or financial planning.\n\nExperience conducting research and synthesizing information into actionable recommendations.\n\nExperience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExceptional organizational and project-managementabilities.\n\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.\n\nAbility to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHigh attention
