This position serves as a key partner to business stakeholders by providing analysis and recommendations, identifying and mitigating risks, improving processes, and ensuring the integrity of Accounts Receivable data and controls. \n\nKEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nIndependently analyze and resolve customer account issues, payment discrepancies, deductions, disputed balances, and other Accounts Receivable escalated issues. \nMonitor and analyze customer risk independently and recommend mitigation actions to management. \nAnalyze Accounts Receivable reporting, including aging, DSO, cash, and exception trends; identify root causes and provide recommendations to leadership.\nServe as Accounts Receivable control owner on assigned controls, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, and own the unclaimed property review and annual filing process. \nIdentify, recommend, and lead implementation of process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance process effectiveness and accuracy. \nLiaise with 3rd party trade reporting services and other Accounts Receivable and Credit/Collections vendors. \nReview and approve refund requests per assigned DOA. \n\nREQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline. \nMinimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, or a related finance function. \nExperience with independently analyzing and resolving complex customer account issues and account reconciliations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel. \nWorking knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment. \nExperience working within an ERP system.\n\nPREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:\nExperience with SAP or a comparable ERP system. \nExperience supporting credit and risk management processes. \nExperience with process improvement initiatives. \nExperience in a manufacturing, industrial, or business-to-business environment.\nExperience with AI Agents\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\nKnowledge of Accounts Receivable, credit, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation processes. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. \nAbility to identify risks, trends, and process improvement opportunities, and to exercise sound independent judgment on matters with significant financial impact. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. \nStrong communication and relationship-building skills. \nStrong computer skills (Excel, Word,
