facility in a manner that supports continuous operation of warehouse, equipment, tanks and support systems.\n\nKEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEfficiently and effectively maintains all plant equipment as required and/or administered by the Maintenance Manager.\nEfficiently and effectively performs preventative maintenance on all equipment, tanks and supporting system as directed.\nQuickly responds to any and all equipment downtime, troubleshoots the issue and take necessary action to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.\nContinually monitors plant processes for potential failures and notify Maintenance Supervisor of any issues.\nMaintains work order process, by completing them timely and in a productive manner.\nAssist in the maintaining of Maintenance inventory.\nMust be able to work overtime, additional shifts, holidays, and/or weekends as needed or determined by the master schedule\n\nREQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:\nAssociate degree from a technical college or 5 years or more experience in a mechanical maintenance position or industrial related field\nHigh School Diplomas or GED\nMust be able to work any shift\nMust be able to perform the essential functions of the job including walking and standing for long periods of time and physical lifting of up to 50 lbs.\n\nPREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:\nMust have knowledge of RSlogix 500 and Rslogix 5000 Programs\nPrograming BASIC Stamp Modular Controller and various PLC’s\nExperience with Soldering, MIG, and ARC welding, as well as wiring carious power supplies\nAdvanced understanding of Wonder Ware, electrical, and mechanical systems, Formalization and Transmission know-how\nAllen – Bradley Micrologix 1000 PLC\nAllen – Bradley 160 SSC Variable Speed Drive\nAllen – Bradley SLC 500 Controllers\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\nMust possess excellent organizational skills and Application of Standards\nMust be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team or independently\nAbility to think logically and pragmatically under stress\nBasic computer skills\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals from all areas of
