This role supports manufacturing, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logisticsactivities while maintaininginventory accuracy and compliance with company quality standards. The Material Handler works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing teams to ensure materials are available to support production schedules and customer fulfillment requirements \nInThisRole,You Will: \nReceiving & Inventory Management \nReceive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries, ensuring shipments match purchase orders and packing documentation. \nAccurately identify, label, store, and organize materials within designated warehouse locations. \nExecute inventory transactions and maintainaccurateinventory records within company systems. \nPerform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to maintaininventory accuracy. \nAssistwith inventory reconciliation activities and annual physical inventories. \nProduction Support \nPick, stage, and issue materials to support production schedules and manufacturing operations. \nProcess material movements, transfers, and returns while maintainingtraceability and transaction accuracy. \nCollaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages and inventory discrepancies. \nShipping & Logistics \nProcess domestic and international customer shipments in accordance withCalyxoshipping procedures. \nPrepare shipping documentation and coordinate shipments with carriers and transportation providers. \nSupport material transfers between Calyxolocations and off-site warehouse facilities. \nLoad, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility. \nWarehouse Operations \nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe manner. \nMaintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety requirements. \nEnsure adequate levels of cleanroom and operational supplies are maintainedand submit replenishment requests as needed. \nAssistwith warehouse improvements, storage rack assembly, and continuous improvement projects. \nSupport additionalwarehouse, inventory, and logisticsactivities as assigned. \nWhoYouWillReportTo: \nSr. Director, Supply Chain\nRequirements: \nEducation: High school diploma or GED \n4+ years experience \nCA driver’s license and safe driving record \nForklift certified \nAbility to read, write and to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance.\nAbility to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials. \nAbility to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software. \nWork location: Pleasanton, CA \nWork 8 a.m. - 5 pm, and occasional overtime and weekends. \nCapacity to lift up to 50 lbs. \nCompliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regarding vaccinations. \nWhatWeOffer: \nAt Calyxo,youwill bepart of a knowledgeable,high-achieving,experiencedandfunteam.You willwork in a diverseworkenvironmentwithexperienced, proven leaders and have an opportunity to shape our company culture.You will experience constant learning and dynamic challenges to help you grow andbe the best version of yourself. \nWealsooffer anattractivecompensationpackage,whichincludes: \nA competitive hourly rate range of $33.65 - $35.58 and variable incentive plan \nStock options - ownership and a stake in growing a mission-driven company \nEmployee benefits package that includes 401(k), healthcare insurance and paid vacation \nCalyxo is deeply committed to fostering an environment where diversity and inclusion are not only valued but also prioritized.
