This role applies catheter manufacturing experience and strong documentation skills to build quality products consistently and on schedule. \nIn This Role, You Will: \nExecute prototype builds for new designsand processes \nAssistwith engineering testing and documentation of results \nIdentify, recommend, and execute process improvements \nTrain production assemblers on new manufacturing processes \nManufacture quality product on time per the build plan \nComplete documentation as required by the Quality System \nWho You Will Report To: \n Manager, Process Development Engineering\nRequirements: \nMinimum 10 years experienceas a manufacturingtechnicianin the medical device industry. \nWork location: Pleasanton, CA \nTravel: 5% \nFull timeemployment \nExperience building and testing prototypes for new products. \nExperience performingmanufacturing processes such as hotbox bonding, lamination, laser welding, adhesive bonding, hydrophilic coating, and soldering. \nExperience working with small components under a microscope for extended periods of time. \nExperience working in a clean room environment and following proper gowning and material handling procedures. \nAbility to follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and properly complete Lot History Records (LHR) per cGMP. \nAbility to communicate effectively with engineers and execute onnew instructions. \nAbility to collaborate with and train other technicians and manufacturing operators on new manufacturing processes. \nGeneral computer skills desired. \nRegularly required to lift and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. \nCompliance with relevant county, state, and Federal rules regardingvaccinations. \nWhat We Offer: \nAt Calyxo, you will be part of a knowledgeable, high-achieving, experiencedand fun team.
