Key Responsibilities cross brand and cross country:\nE-commerce Strategy & Development\nDevelop and implement the e-commerce business strategy.\nAnalyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.\nDrive the development of the e-commerce platform to increase sales, conversions, and customer satisfaction.\nProactively suggest improvements to the website, new services or features that can improve overall customer experience.\n1. Online Marketing\nManage the digtial marketing budget and the relationship with agency.\nOversees SEO strategy and performances\nOversees email marketing strategy and performances.\nOptimize website search functionality by identifying unsuccessful search terms and improving search results.\nOperations & IT\nCooperate with the IT department to improve the user experience and functionality of the e-shop.\nCoordinate and oversee website operations, payment gateways, logistics, and customer support.\n2. Analytics & Reporting\nMonitor and evaluate key KPIs to evaluate both website performances and digital campaigns performances.\nAnalyze data usign different data sources: GA4, Power BI, Looker etc.\nReview weekly and monthly performance reports.\n3. Team Management\nLead, motivate, and manage the e-commerce team.\nDelegate tasks and set priorities effectively.\nSupport team members in their professional development.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities.\nCollaborate in close alignment with the E-commerce Italian HQ team Preferred Qualifications\nMinimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce, ideally within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry\nStrong understanding of the Czech and Slovak digital and e-commerce landscape, including local customer behavior and market trends\nExperience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Power BI, Looker\nProven experience in managing digital marketing activities, including SEO, Performance marketing and email marketing\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with international teams\nExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable business recommendations\nProactive, hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership\nResourceful problem-solver who can work independently and drive continuous improvement\nFluent Czech or Slovak and English language skills (Italian is an advantage) Why Join Us?\nAt Oniverse, we believe that our people are our greatest asset.
