Healthcare is so broken, it's depressing if you don't laugh with us.\nAbout the Role\nCamber is looking for an Enterprise Insurance Operations Lead to bridge the gap between our engineering and GTM/Account Management teams that help serve our largest customers. You will become a subject matter expert in all things RCM, such that you can effectively partner with our internal teams to help bring in new enterprise clients and deliver the desired outcomes to existing enterprise clients. You will translate net new and updated product requirements to our engineering team, develop workflows and escalation pathways for our internal billing and operations teams, and serve as a trusted technical partner for external (client) counterparts. You will also own success metrics for clinics.\nSuccess in this role requires strong internal cross-functional collaboration as well as an ability to own relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., Director of RCM).
