Healthcare is so broken, it's depressing if you don't laugh with us.\nAbout the role:\nCamber is looking for an Operations Lead to be the foundational architect of our Operations function. You will take ownership of key workflows, solving complex problems by designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, data-driven systems that ensure our day-to-day operations run flawlessly and enable us to deliver care.\nSuccess in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration. You will work directly with Engineering, Product, and Data to build the technical and process infrastructure required for business success.
