Healthcare is so broken, it's depressing if you don't laugh with us.\nAbout the role:\nAt Camber, we’re building systems that actually work for clinicians-because healthcare deserves better software. As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll be hands-on with the backbone of that system: the infrastructure and pipelines that keep everything flowing smoothly, scalably, and reliably.\nThis role isn’t just about writing great code (though that’s part of it). It’s about helping us make smart decisions as we scale, both technically and strategically. You’ll partner closely with other engineers, analysts, and product teams to build data systems we can trust, evolve, and understand. You’ll also be a mentor and be a thought partner as we grow the team.\nWhat you'll do:\nDesign and build a platform that is reliable, observable, and scalable.\n\nDrive the strategy behind our data architecture and tooling.\n\nCollaborate across the company with product, reporting, and platform teams to deliver the right data at the right time.\n\nLevel up the organization by mentoring other engineers, establishing best practices, and contributing to a high-trust culture.\n\nDeliver incremental improvements, especially when things feel ambiguous or messy\n\nStay adaptable and flexible.
