As a member of the Health Services Operations (HSO) Clinical Program Management team, our Health Care Services (HCS) Program Manager provides direction, oversight and organization to ensure overall success of one or more complex clinical programs (e.g. cost stewardship, specialty pharmacy, care management, etc.). The HCS Program Manager supports a HCS executive or directing program sponsor to ensure program deliverables are met while striving to improve care quality, enhance consumer experience, and reduce cost. Responsibilities include managing program initiatives from inception to sustainment and providing oversight related to program evaluation, development, processes and reporting during all phases of the program. Initiatives may involve managing internally developed programs or programs established through a vendor partnership. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization (e.g, Health Care Services, Health Plan Operations, Data & Technology, and Finance) - all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.\nAre you ready to lead complex clinical programs that directly improve care quality and make health care easier for thousands of members? Then this role may be the perfect fit.\nWhat You Bring to Cambia:\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)\n5+ years' experience with project and/or program management in healthcare, healthcare insurance operations or other large, complex industry. \nExperience in clinical area preferred. May have equivalent combination of education and experience.\nSkills and Attributes:\nAbility to think analytically, effectively applying project management and financial techniques, and providing recommendations to management using critical thinking and sound judgment.\nAbility to coordinate cross-functionally with all levels of the organization for the purpose of driving solutions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.\nProficiency in effectively managing high-profile projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting barriers to program deliverables.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and situations, learn quickly and create options, recommendations and action plans.\nExperience in independently defining, developing, managing and reporting on processes and metrics.\nAbility to accomplish results through others by establishing relationships, effective controls and monitoring processes.\nAbility to partner effectively with external partners/vendors.\nFamiliarity with health plan and clinical terminology, operations and trends.\nExcellent communication and facilitation skills with all levels of the organization, including the ability to resolve complex issues, build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders, manage strategic partner relationships, and effectively lead and engage internal teams in the fulfillment of roles and responsibilities.\nSolid knowledge of program evaluation concepts and methodologies, with experience in program effectiveness analysis, measurement, and reporting.\nExperience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired\nWhat You Will Do at Cambia:\nWorks closely with project sponsor(s), cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.\nEffectively manages internal/external stakeholder relationships, ensuring the focused pursuit of desired outcomes.\nManages program and project teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives or workstreams to ensure program goals are reached.\nEducates and trains the leadership, staff, business associates and other stakeholders regarding new program elements, process, and implementation.\nMaintains a system for ongoing data/statistical reporting and program assessment. Develop and communicate program documents, project plans, etc.\nEffectively collaborates with internal program leaders, senior management, and cross-functional managers/directors to develop program monitoring and assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Recommend program and process changes as appropriate.\nPay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.\nNational pay structure - applies to the Boise, Portland, Salem, Seattle/Renton/Tacoma, Burlington, Vancouver, and Salt Lake City metro areas. The full salary range is $88,000 - $143,000 and the bonus target is 10%. The expected salary range is $93,500 - $126,500. \nRegional pay structure - applies to North Dakota and to Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above. The full salary range is $79,000 - $129,000 and the bonus target is 10%.
