This role positions you for growth into Principal-level engineering, architecture, or people leadership.\nIf you're a motivated Senior Engineer with a passion for making data trustworthy, intelligent, and actionable in healthcare, apply today!\nWhat You Bring to Cambia: \nQualifications:\n6+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, Semantic Modeling, or AI/ML Engineering, with senior or lead experience\nCollege degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related fieldA degree may be substituted by sufficient years of experience in the healthcare industry\n\nExperience with a supported business area is preferred (e.g., Provider Network, Claims, Membership, Digital Solutions, Pricing)\nEquivalent combination of education and experience\nSkills and Attributes: Preferably seeking a technically versatile engineer with deep expertise in dimensional modeling, semantic layer design, and agentic AI development. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.\nNational pay structure - applies to the Boise and Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT, Oregon and Washington. The full salary range is $115,000 - $188,000 and the bonus target is 15%.
