We are growing continuously and now have about 1000 employees in several countries.\nThe position\nWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants to play an active role in how we build, deploy, operate and continuously improve products within Cambio’s Social Care portfolio.\nYou will work with both modern SaaS and container-based solutions as well as established products used in our customers’ daily operations. Your focus will be on automation, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring and operational reliability across different delivery models.\nThis is a hands-on role where you will combine technical implementation with collaboration across teams, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. You will help modernize our delivery processes and influence how DevOps and platform capabilities evolve within Social Care.\nSome of the things you’ll do\n· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.\n· Develop and operate container-based environments using Kubernetes or OpenShift.\n· Improve deployment processes through automation and Infrastructure as Code.\n· Strengthen monitoring, observability and operational reliability.\n· Work closely with developers, architects, support and operations.\n· Engage with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and improve delivery models.\n· Contribute to the modernization of existing products and services towards more scalable and automated delivery models.\nWe offer\nAt Cambio, you do not just work with technology. Our culture is built on Trust, Care and Together.\nAbout you\nYou have a few years of experience within DevOps, infrastructure, operations, platform engineering or software delivery and are looking for a role where you can take greater ownership while continuing to grow professionally.\nYou are curious, proactive and enjoy solving problems.
