From building agents and automations to supporting Product Engineers and scaling successful initiatives, you will play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across Cambio.\nThis is a hands-on builder role. You are expected to create solutions, not just talk about them.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nBuild\nPrototype and build AI agents, automations, internal applications and workflows.\n\nWork directly with users to turn real problems into working solutions.\n\nUse Microsoft 365, Copilot and modern AI technologies to rapidly test, iterate and deploy solutions.\n\nCreate reusable components and patterns that accelerate future development.\n\nDrive\nOwn and shape the pipeline of AI opportunities across Cambio.\n\nPrioritize initiatives, support Product Engineers and remove blockers.\n\nEnsure delivery remains focused on measurable business value.\n\nEnable\nHelp teams identify opportunities where AI can improve everyday work.\n\nRun workshops, demos and coaching sessions that drive adoption.\n\nCapture and share proven patterns, solutions and best practices.\n\nScale\nIdentify solutions with broader potential across Cambio.\n\nPartner with the AI Platform Team to turn successful initiatives into scalable capabilities.\n\nFeed recurring needs and learnings back into the platform roadmap.\n\nHow You'll Work\nYou will work in a highly iterative way:\nDiscover → Build → Test → Adopt → Measure → Scale\nOne day you might be building an AI agent with a business team, the next supporting Product Engineers or helping scale a successful solution across the organization.\nThis role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, enablement and operations.\nAbout you\nBuilder: You enjoy turning ideas into working solutions and getting them into the hands of users.\n\nAI-native: AI is already a core part of how you solve problems and create value.\n\nTechnically capable: You are comfortable working with code, APIs, automation, agents and modern AI tooling.\n\nBusiness-minded: You care about solving real problems and delivering measurable outcomes.\n\nInfluential: You can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and help drive adoption.\n\nTechnical Experience\nWe believe you have experience in several of the following areas:\n5+ years of modern software development.\n\n2+ years of building AI-powered solutions, agents, automations or copilots.\n\nExperience with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, Power Platform or Azure AI services.\n\nExperience integrating systems through APIs and building workflow automations.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day software development.\n\nExperience taking solutions from prototype to production and adoption.\n\nExperience with one or more modern programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript\n\nPlace of employment: Stockholm eller Linköping\nScope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)\nForm of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period\nAdditional Information: The role involves access to sensitive information, therefore a background check will be conducted on the final candidate.\nWe review applications and conduct interviews on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible via the link.\nWe look forward to receiving your application!\nCAMBIO- FOR A HEALTHIER TOMORROW\nWelcome to a company where healthcare is improved every day.
