We look forward to learning your interests!\nJob Overview:\nThis team of Program Management professionals has overall responsibility for managing all aspects of large-scale assessment programs that require multiple resources and cross-functional integration. Successful Program Managers ensure adherence to contract specifications, schedules, change/risk management protocols, and budgets, and foster close communication and collaboration with clients.\nJob Responsibilities:\nWork with state education department leadership and stakeholders to develop and document project scope, goals, and deliverables, including project dependencies, project plans, budget proposals, communications plans, project scope, project schedule, and milestones.\n\nAnticipate risk and develop mitigation strategies across functional teams.\n\nUtilize knowledge of system and process dependencies to identify issues, involve appropriate stakeholders in troubleshooting, and implement solutions.\n\nInterpret and document software requirements and enhancement requests from clients; capturing configuration specifications and working with software teams to implement accordingly.\n\nPerforming UAT to ensure client expectations are met.\n\nManage the work of subcontractors/vendorsas appropriate.\n\nConduct project post-implementation meetings to identify and document successful and unsuccessful project elements, ensuring the application of lessons learned and sharing best practices.\n\nReview and maintain quality standards, ensuring established processes are followed and all decisions are properly documented.\n\nReview current systems and processes for possible improvements and implement process changes as appropriate, including writing policies and/or procedures and training.\n\nRun regular internal and external project meetings, developing and delivering progress reports.\n\nParticipate in proposal development activities.\n\nAssign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members depending on the complexity of the task and skillset of staff.\n\nWhat we are often looking for:\nBachelor’s degree required\n\nPrior experience in the summative, certification, or other high stakes assessment industry is required\n\nExperience working directly with senior-level clients, government stakeholders, and educators\n\nExperience working in large-scale assessment or SaaS organization preferred\n\nPMP certification highly preferred\n\nAn Equal Opportunity Employer\nWe are dedicated to fostering a culture that celebrates unique backgrounds, ideas, and experiences.
