If you are interested in beginning a career in TA as a Recruiting Coordinator, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition (TA) and will aid our TA team with the scheduling and facilitating of interviews in addition to special projects to support our recruiting strategies across the Cambium family of brands. We are looking for someone who is excited about the details and motivated to make an impact!\nLocation: USA, Remote working with a highly collaborative team\nJob Responsibilities:\nPartner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and other stakeholders in the organization to facilitate an exceptional recruiting experience.\n\nCoordinate and schedule candidate interviews using our channels of communication.\n\nProvide communication updates to all parties for interview coordination as needed.\n\nManage multiple calendars and navigate alternative solutions to ensure timely scheduled interviews.\n\nComplete weekly data audits and follow-up as needed for incomplete data points.\n\nMonitor daily requisition reports for accurate tracking and assignments across our TA team.\n\nComplete ATS business process requests to support our recruiting strategy.\n\nSupport the team with additional ad hoc recruiting requests and special projects to support/elevate our Cambium recruiting initiatives.\n\nJob Requirements:\nAt least 1 year of experience in human resources or administrative/schedulingcoordination\n\nExceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to engage and support others in a reliable, professional and consistent way\n\nCapable of supporting and prioritizing multiple projects and processes, in addition to ad hoc requests/issues as they arise\n\nAbility to work well independently and within a collaborative remote team environment\n\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately\n\nExperience with Workday ATS preferred\n\nMust be able to work a flexible schedule that will help support team members and interview participants in different time zones\n\nAn Equal Opportunity Employer\nWe are dedicated to fostering a culture that celebrates unique backgrounds, ideas, and experiences.
