As a valuable contributor to the Educator Solutions’ Product Management team, the Product Manager is responsible for understanding the needs of customers and translating those needs into value-add enhancements and features that align with the overall strategic goals for the products and the business. \n\nCore ResponsibilitiesServe as a business-focused Product Manager for Lexia’s professional learning products and educator platform and be a day-to-day product representative for the go-to market teams and other internal teams. \n\nInform and support the execution of product roadmaps that exemplify strategic objectives and prioritize features that align with customer needs.\n\nSupport efforts that align the roadmap with the strategic and financial goals for the business. \n\nDocument business requirements for new features and product enhancements.\n\nDevelop a solid understanding of customer experience, user needs, and product gaps through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nAnalyze customer requests, industry and market trends, and product data and regularly engage with current and prospective customers to help define the vision and strategy of the products–and translate that information into product development opportunities.\n\nManage release enablement by building awareness about product releases and features across the organization.\n\nCollaborate with Marketing to ensure that product messaging is clear and consistent and aligns to broader organizational branding and messaging. \n\nCollaborate with stakeholders in Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, UX/UI, Technical Product Management, and other departments to inform roadmap decisions and development processes. \n\nHelp coordinate the iterative process around feature design, development, and delivery. \n\nWork closely with the Technical Product Management team to ensure final feature and product scope aligns with business requirements and objectives. \n\nRequirements\nAt least three years of experience working in product management for SaaS products, preferably in the educational technology market. \n\nProven ability to identify and write business requirements for product features and enhancements. \n\nAbility to manage products and features throughout their life cycle, including the skills to balance customer needs with defined business objectives.\n\nExcellent collaboration skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in a matrix organization.\n\nProven ability to develop and communicate product stories that elevate the value of the roadmaps and features to a variety of internal and external audiences.\n\nSolid understanding of product management and product development workflows.\n\nDemonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple, critical projects.\n\nBachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree required, or equivalent experience. \n\nTo learn more about our organization and the exciting work we do, visit .\nRemote First Work Environment\nOur Remote First approach gives employees the flexibility and trust they need to effectively balance work with life.
