Start a career where You Matter by applying today!\nOverview:\nCambrex High Point is looking for a motivated, skilled Facility Maintenance Technician, to support site operations as part of a team assisting in all activities and duties, including general and preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.\nResponsibilities:\nComplete logs and perform other documentation necessary to the tasks performed\nMaintain, organize, and control tools and equipment\nPerforms incidental carpentry, masonry, painting, sheetrock work, metalworking repairs, light bulb replacement and ballast change out, and other maintenance activities\nProvide preventive maintenance services in accordance with a well-defined program; institutes corrective action on any deficiencies\nAssist with performing emergency service and repairs on mechanical and structural systems and equipment as necessary to satisfy service requests and to maintain the equipment in proper operating condition\nAssist in maintaining and making repairs on utilities systems and equipment\nAssists entire team in all activities and duties assigned, installs or assists in installing and/or replacing various types of equipment, structures and subassemblies including lubrication and cleaning\nMaintain appropriate critical spare parts inventory for facility equipment\nUtilize various electrical or other test equipment and meters as applicable to effectively troubleshoot equipment and systems\nPeriodically be on call;
