Start a career where You Matter by applying today!\nOverview:\nThe Reliability Technician will be responsible for executing the site reliability initiatives at Charles City.\nResponsibilities:\nCollect oil samples per oil sample test plan. Perform oil changes based on results. \nPerform routine ultrasonic greasing and collection of data for all critical equipment. \nConduct routine air and nitrogen leak surveys, and oversee all necessary repairs. \nPerform routine collection of vibration data for all identified equipment. \nConduct yearly digital thermography of all MCC panels. \nWork with Reliability Engineer to collect data in support of conducting failure analyses. \nParticipate in criticality assessments and FMEAs as required. \nCollect data in support of the Mechanical Integrity program, and facilitate required repairs. \nCreate Notifications and Work Orders in SAP. \nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications / Skills:\nStrong aptitude in the area of mechanical and electrical systems \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft computer applications within a Windows based environment \nHigh attention to detail \nEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: (Text Only)\n- High school diploma - Either has, or is willing to obtain, the following certifications: - - Machinery Lubrication Technician 1 - - Ultrasonic Level 1 - - Basic Vibration Level 1 - - Thermography Level 1 - - Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma -
