We also offer paid time off, paid holidays, an Employee Assistance Program, tuition reimbursement, opportunities for advancement, and an employee referral program.\nThe Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily production and warehouse operations by operating and monitoring equipment, moving and staging materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role works across multiple areas of the production process, including slab handling, inspection, material staging, and production line support, while following all safety and quality procedures.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nOperate and monitor production equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality\n\nSort, stage, inspect, and move slabs/materials to appropriate production or storage locations\n\nOperate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently\n\nEnsure materials and slabs are scanned and documented correctly within the ERP/computer system\n\nPerform quality inspections and accurately document production and quality data\n\nComplete shift logs, inventory counts, and related production documentation\n\nInspect forklifts and overhead cranes daily and complete required safety inspections\n\nMaintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding production issues, material defects, inventory levels, and equipment concerns\n\nCrosstrain and assist in multiple production and warehouse areas as needed\n\nPerform Lockout/Tagout procedures before cleaning or servicing equipment\n\nHandle chemicals safely and according to company procedures\n\nKeep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times\n\nFollow all Production and Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\n\nConduct all duties in a safe and responsible manner while wearing required PPE\n\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\n\nPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred\n\nBasic math skills\n\nCritical thinking and troubleshooting skills\n\nMechanically inclined\n\nExperience using measuring equipment\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office or ERP systems preferred\n\nPhysical Requirements\nLift up to 50-60 lbs.\n\nPush/pull up to 100 lbs.\n\nStand for extended periods of time, up to 12-hour shifts with intermittent breaks\n\nFrequently bend, walk, climb steps, and move throughout the facility\n\nOccasionally climb in and out of equipment for cleaning and maintenance duties\n\nWork in non-climate-controlled environments and varying weather conditions\n\nWear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)\n\nParticipate in daily stretch and flex exercises\n\nRequired Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)\nSteel-toed boots\n\nHearing protection\n\nSafety glasses\n\nCut-resistant gloves\n\nLatex gloves\n\nFace shield (as required)\n\nHigh visibility vest (as required)\n\nRespirator (as required)\n\nCambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $19.00-$24.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
