All shift types and schedules are listed below.\nBlock shifts consist of alternating schedules: one week is 36 hours (Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday) with Sunday paying double time, and the next week is 48 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday), which includes eight hours of overtime.\nC Shift: Block Schedule 5 pm-5 am, 36 hr week and 48 hr week\nD Shift Block Schedule 5 pm - 5 am, 36 hr week and 48 hr week\nOur standard other shifts are listed below.\n2nd Shift: M-F 3 pm - 11 pm\n3rd Shift: Su-Thur, and M-F 11pm - 7 am\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nOperate and monitor the equipment along the soft/polish line to ensure it is running properly and safety standards are adhered to\nComplete shift paperwork as assigned\nManage slab inventories using Oracle and Tableau reporting\nMonitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met\nCross train on multiple areas of the production line\nKeep the Production leadership and the other support groups up to date on important information, processes, and issues\nPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment \nKeep work area clean and orderly, maintaining tour readiness 24/7\nPerform job duties safely as outlined in the Production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goals\nInspect finished and raw products for defects and ensure compliance within established specifications\nAdditional duties as assigned by management \nQualifications & Skills:\nAbility to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation \nAbility to become certified in Lockout Tag-Out\nAbility to become certified in Chemical Handling\nAbility to become respirator certified\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English\nBasic computer skills \nPreferred Qualifications\nCritical thinking and troubleshooting skills\nBasic math skills\nMechanically inclined \nIndustrial work experience \nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMinimum Requirements:\nEducation: High school diploma or GED\nExperience: No experience required\nSystems: None\nCambria Success Factors:\nHigh attention to detail\nReliable and punctual \nDirect communication\nSense of urgency in completing work \nCapable of multitasking\nWork well both independently and with a team\nSelf-motivated \nPhysical Requirements:\nWork at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings\nLift up to 60 lbs.\nPush/pull 100 lbs.\nStand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks\nWear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria \nParticipate in daily stretch and flex exercises \nWork in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions \nWalk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift \nBend over multiple times throughout shift \nTask Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:\nSteel toed boots\nHearing protection\nCut resistant gloves\nSafety glasses\nHigh visibility vest\nHard hat\nRespirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.)\nCambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
