This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to present insights and financial information in a clear, concise to senior level management. The Senior Financial Analyst role offers an interesting variety of projects and ample opportunity for professional growth and development.\nEssential Roles & Responsibilities:\nBuild reporting and dashboards using visualization tools and various data sources to help drive business decisions \nAssist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts\nWork with department team leaders to analyze and explain departmental financial results, prepare financial analysis to support departmental objectives, and communicate key trends and issues\nPrepare & present financials to Senior leadership\nDevelopment of financial models to forecast the future implication of business decisions\nWork with management to help define and measure business drivers and key metrics, identify process and/or system improvement opportunities and develop recommendations to enhance company reporting and data quality\nConduct various ad hoc analyses and special projects to support management decision making\nQualifications & Skills:\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to handle large volumes of data, understand process flow, gather information, analyze, problem solve, link financial results to operational performance drivers and find efficient and accurate ways to complete tasks\nDemonstrated decision making and critical thinking\nMust possess strong attention to detail with ability to execute against deadlines\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple and competing priorities\nTakes initiative and is proactive in addressing issues\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProven ability to establish and maintain relationships with levels of management\nAbility to work independently in a pro-active manner, or within a team environment\nThrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nMinimum Requirements:\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration\nExperience: 3-7 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance related role\nSystems: Advanced MS Excel user, proficient in Microsoft applications. Experience with Oracle, Tableau or similar operating systems. Experience with BOARD and/or Salesforce desired but not required.\nAdditional Requirements:\nManagerial Requirements: N/A\nPhysical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use\nTravel Requirements: May be required to travel to other Cambria locations\nCambria’s starting salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
