As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will help support day-to-day HR operations by serving as a trusted resource for employees and providing administrative and operational support in onboarding, remote position.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the employee onboarding and offboarding process, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and data entry\nMaintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS\nAssist with employee inquiries including but not limited to benefits, employment and wage references, policies or other employee inquiries\nPrepare and process employment-related documentation\nAssist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws\nQualifications\nAssociate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)\n1-3 years experience in HR administrative or support role\nKnowledge of California and federal employment laws\nKnowledge of basic HR funtions and employment practices\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills\nAbility to maintain descretion when working with confidential information\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)\nExperience and familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP, Paylocity, or similar) preferred\nBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred\nJob Requirements:\n18+ years old\nUS work authorization\nAbility to pass a background and reference check\nValid Drivers License and reliable transportation \nWe are an
