position\nResponsibilities\nStaff Scheduling and Coordination\nEnsure efficient and appropriate scheduling of caregivers and clients to meet the needs.\nUnderstand client needs, preferences and case requirements to identify the most suitable caregiver based on skillset and availability.\nManage the schedules of agency clients and caregivers, ensuring timely and appropriate coverage.\nRespond quickly to urgent staffing needs to maintain continuous coverage.\nPromote caregiver satisfaction and retention by aligning work opportunities with their availability and preferences.\nTrack and document all staffing activities, shift changes, and client/caregiver communications.\nCommunication and Relationship Management\nServe as the primary point of contact between caregivers, clients and the internal team.\nCommunicate promptly and professionally with both clients and caregivers regarding scheduling updates, shift confirmations and changes - both over the phone and written communication.\nProactively resolve service or scheduling issues and escalate complex concerns to internal leadership.\nBuild strong relationships with clients and caregivers through consistent follow up and empathy.\nParticipate in quality assurance efforts related to caregiver performance and client satisfaction.\nProvide regular updates to supervisor on staffing challenges, open cases or client concerns.\nAuthorization Management\nMonitor and analyze service hours regularly to identify underutilized authorizations requiring staffing.\nEnsure utilization of agency hours across multiple contracts.\nCollaborate with intake team to initiate services for new clients.\nNurture a positive experience for clients and payer sources to ensure continued referrals.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nStrong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills\nEffective verbal and written communication\nStrong typing skills\nAbility to handle fast-paced, deadline driven environment\nCapable of handling high call volume\nProficiency with Microsoft office a plus\nPrevious experience in home care or healthcare staffing a plus\nFluency in both English and Spanish \nJob Requirements\n18+ years old\nUS work authorization\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to pass a background check and reference
