You will join the core design team taking ownership of a subset of guidance, navigation and control functions. From mission-level requirements through algorithm design and implementation, you will build the logic that enables precise, reliable flight in dynamic environments.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and evaluate GNC algorithms for a new interceptor, with an emphasis on flight control laws\nOwn the design of a subset of GNC functions from concept through flight test\nConduct performance and robustness analyses across the full flight envelope\nAnalyse ground- and flight-test data to refine algorithms and ensure robust, reliable performance\nCollaborate across GNC, flight physics, radar, hardware and software teams to meet mission requirements\nRequirements\nGNC experience in aerospace applications\nBS or MS in aerospace, electrical or control engineering, or a related field\nStrong knowledge of classical and modern control theory and flight mechanics\nExperience designing guidance, navigation or control algorithms, with flight-control law experience particularly relevant\nExposure to integration, test, design assurance or safety assessment is a plus\nStrong MATLAB/Simulink skills.
