You will work closely with our Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to support the growth of our fast-paced organization. This role is an integral part of the team and is responsible for managing all interview scheduling and related logistics. Additionally, this person will play a role in identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains. You will take an active role in talent operations owning and improving the processes, systems and ways of working that enable us to hire exceptional talent and continuously raise the bar for how we recruit.\nYou are an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You are highly organised, adaptable and proactive, able to switch priorities when needed while always staying one step ahead. Most importantly, you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and finding better ways of working.\nResponsibilities\nManage all logistics related to interview scheduling from receipt of scheduling request to conclusion of interview process\nNavigate interviewers' complex and dynamic schedules\nMaintain recruitment trackers and produce regular reporting on hiring activity, interview volumes, offers and recruitment progress\nSupport job posting administration across the ATS, careers page and relevant job boards\nCoordinate recruitment agencies and ensure candidate submissions and associated documentation are recorded correctly\nGreet candidates with poise and confidence, facilitate the onsite interview process, and ensure an excellent candidate experience\nAssist prospective candidates with travel and hotel accommodations through our travel provider\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders (Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Talent Coordination team)\nRequirements\nExperience as a Talent Coordinator or working with recruiting org.\nCandidate-first mentality\nAble to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment\nRelentless attention to detail and accuracy\nGreat team player but can also work well independently with limited guidance\nProcess-driven with strong habits and a passion for process improvement and efficiency\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on providing good customer service and building strong relationships\nAbility to remain composed and detail-oriented in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nPreferred Qualifications/Experience\nExperience in fast-paced R&D or startup environments, with rapid prototype iteration times\nExperience using ATS applications; we are currently migrating to Ashby\nProven experience scheduling within Outlook\nExperience working across geographically diverse teams\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation and stock options\nPrivate Medical & Dental\nCycle to work scheme\nLunchtime catering on site\nAbout Us\nThe mission of Cambridge Aerospace is to eliminate the risk of existential war in Europe.
