This role will partner closely with hiring managers and Human Capital colleagues to deliver high-quality, inclusive recruiting processes for a range of technical, operational, and business-critical positions.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including exposure to IT and Investment Operations talent markets. They will be comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously, advising stakeholders on talent strategy, and delivering a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across Shared Services (A&F, IT, Legal) and Investment Operations including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer development, and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish recruiting strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and manage search progress.
  • Recruit for a range of technology roles, such as software engineering, data and analytics, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and technology project management.
  • Recruit for Investment Operations roles, such as trade operations, client reporting, performance and data operations, portfolio administration, reconciliation, treasury, and investment systems support.
  • Build and maintain diverse pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, recruiting platforms, and external search partners where appropriate.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluating technical or operational experience, motivation, career trajectory, communication skills, and alignment with role requirements and firm culture.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and well-managed candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Advise hiring teams on market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, candidate feedback, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate structured interview processes, support interviewer preparation, and ensure timely collection and synthesis of feedback.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system and ensure adherence to data privacy, employment-law, and internal policy requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on recruiting best practices.
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, process optimization, workforce planning, and diversity-focused recruiting strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 4-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally gained within financial services, professional services, technology, asset management, or another complex, regulated environment.
  • Experience recruiting for technology roles is required, with familiarity across one or more areas such as software engineering, data, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, or IT delivery.
  • Experience recruiting for IT, Investment Operations, middle-office, fund operations, portfolio operations, or investment data roles is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated direct-sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates across technical and operational talent pools.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into effective recruiting plans.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Experience operating across multiple locations or international talent markets is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, multiple active searches, and changing business needs with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness of talent-market dynamics for both technology and investment operations roles.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential candidate and business information.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting, including use of pipeline, time-to-fill, offer-acceptance, and source-of-hire metrics.
  • Collaborative working style, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Commitment to delivering an equitable, inclusive, and candidate-centered hiring experience.
