They will lead the implementation of custom systems and applications aligned to business requirements and will be responsible for implementing the design and ensuring successful deployment of integrations through the entire project lifecycle. \nCMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative Software Engineer II, Customer Solutions who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better! \nResponsibilities: \nWork with our customers in designing, developing, validating, maintaining, releasing, and operating CMT customer solutions and integrations, with the ultimate goal being to help the top insurance companies in the world in growing their business and in implementing CMT’s telematics solutions\nWork with Sales, Engineers, and Solution Architects to understand business requirements and effectively size Sprints with active participation in scrum team planning and technical meetings\nConduct due diligence remotely and on-site with clients and partners in concert with Platform Engineering team members to define customer integration requirements and design \nEnsure that the implementation of integration designs are secure, performant, scalable, fault tolerant, and testable \nParticipate in architecture/implementation proposal reviews \nSupport and continuously improve release and deployment pipeline \nPartake in an on-call rotation alongside the engineers who build our production backends\nBe able to operate in a highly regulated environment \nComplete any additional tasks as they arise \nQualifications: \nBachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification in a related field \n2+ years of relevant development experience \nGood coding skills in at least one programming language, and a desire to pick up more.
