Headquartered in Cambridge, MA, with offices in Budapest, Chennai, Seattle, Tokyo, and Zagreb, CMT measures and protects tens of millions of drivers across the world every day.\nCMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative site reliability engineering team member who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better!\nResponsibilities:\nHelp resolve requests from or issues raised where Site Reliability Engineering assistance is needed\nMonitor the production infrastructure using tools such as Datadog, PagerDuty, and CloudWatch Logs and help identify opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency\nHelp maintain the production infrastructure, performing tasks such as updating AMIs and installing the latest security patches on a regular basis\nPerform regularly scheduled production changes such as service updates\nHelp the Security Operations team to ensure that we are meeting compliance requirements (i.e. ensuring that endpoint security is deployed, etc.)\nAssist other members of the SRE team on planned project work\nFollowing extensive onboarding, participate in the on-call rotation as a level 1 responder and participate in incident response\nCreating and updating runbooks for repetitive tasks\nComplete any additional tasks as they arise\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification\n2+ years of relevant working experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, and/or IT systems administration\nEntry to mid-level programming skills in at least one programming language, preferably Python\nEntry to mid-level knowledge and experience with AWS services\nEntry to mid-level knowledge and experience with infrastructure-as-code platforms, preferably Terraform\nEntry to mid-level knowledge and experience working with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux) and applications (i.e. NGINX, Cassandra)\nCompensation and Benefits:\nFair and competitive salary based on skills and experience\nEquity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)\nPrivate healthcare\nLife insurance\nParental leave\nFlexible scheduling and work from home policy depending on role and responsibilities\nBase Salary Range\nThe gross base yearly salary range for this position is: 14,311,100 to 17,888,900 HUF.
