No matter your role, your work will matter at CMT.\nResponsibilities: \nSolve complex problems and transform them into business solutions in collaboration with team members \nAnalyze and translate business and functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications suitable for implementation \nAble to independently transform complex technical requirements into smaller implementable pieces; able to implement performant software solutions that are maintainable, scalable, reliable and testable\nParticipate in code and design reviews \nParticipate in the hiring process \nTrain and guide junior developers on proper software development procedures and methods\nFollow company defined development and operational standards and processes \nProvide on-call support during business critical emergency scenarios.
