Functions\nOwn day-to-day schedule creation, management, and filling of assigned sites and unassigned sites across South Florida.\nEnsure all sites are manned with qualified personnel while balancing cost and overtime constraints.\nServe as the primary point of contact, efficiently handling and directing all incoming calls from clients, customers, and employees to the relevant departments or personnel.\nApply and interpret company policies and standard operating procedures to resolve internal and external customer or employee issues.\nUtilize various software applications for both scheduling and communicating with clients or employees.\nHandle and process highly sensitive and confidential information pertaining to customers, clients, and employees with the utmost discretion and integrity.\nMinimum Requirements\nFull-time, Part-Time or full-flex availability\nSpanish fluency - oral & written is highly desired.\nStrong oral and written communication skills are a must\nProficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word\nKnowledge of security operations is preferred\nMust be detail-orientated and able to handle multiple ongoing tasks\nStrong customer service skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.\nStrong prioritization skills.\nFluency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills, is required.\nAbility to work within a team\nMust be a United States citizen or foreign citizen authorized to legally work within the United States\nMust be free from illegal drug use and able to pass
