This position will allow you to shape enterprise transformation initiatives, lead technical delivery, and build best-in-class solutions.\nSkills Required:\n5-10 years of progressive experience in ERP solution delivery, with a solid focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2009/2012/AX7.0) and D365 F&O.\nMinimum of 3+ years working on D365 Finance & Operations implementations, including greenfield, migration, or upgrade projects.\nProficient in X++, .NET, Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and Microsoft Azure.\nExperience with upgrades and migrations of AX 2009/2012/AX7.0 to D365 F&O Cloud.\nWorking knowledge of D365 data migration strategies, Dual-write fundamentals, and Dataverse integration patterns.\nUnderstanding of D365 F&O data structures, extension models, reporting, and performance best practices.\nFamiliarity with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for D365 development and deployment.\nExposure to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and relevant integrations.\nExperience with large enterprise or multi-region deployments is a plus.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with business users, solution architects, and development teams.\nSolid documentation, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nAct as the technical lead for D365 F&O projects, guiding design, development, implementation, and ongoing support.\nLead and mentor development teams across phases of D365 projects, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.\nWork
