The ideal candidate should have strong functional testing fundamentals along with practical experience in test automation, API testing, and end-to-end application validation.\nThe resource will work closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms.\n5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing.\nStrong experience testing web-based and mobile applications.\nStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, defect lifecycle, and testing methodologies.\nHands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.\nExperience with at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C# for test automation.\nGood experience with API testing tools such as Postman and/or REST Assured.\nExperience testing applications across Android and iOS devices.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and database validation.\nExperience with defect/test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar tools.\nUnderstanding of Git/version control and CI/CD concepts.\nAbility to independently analyze requirements, identify test coverage, and highlight potential quality risks.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.\nPerform end-to-end functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications.\nCreate and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data, and traceability documentation based on business and functional requirements.\nTest applications across multiple browsers, devices, screen sizes, and operating systems.\nPerform testing of native/hybrid mobile applications on Android and iOS.\nDevelop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications.\nIdentify suitable test cases for automation and continuously improve the automation regression suite.\nPerform REST API testing and validate requests, responses, authentication, error handling, and backend integrations.\nIdentify, document, track, and retest defects while working closely with development teams through resolution.\nParticipate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and release/UAT activities.\nPerform database/data validation using SQL wherever required.\nSupport release validation and provide clear recommendations on application readiness.\nContribute toward improving overall QA processes, automation coverage, and release quality.\nType:
