The average time spent in a credit training program is two to three years. The program will involve the assignment rotations through various lending groups including Commercial Real Estate, Middle Market Lending, Managed Assets group.\nAfter the successful completion of the program the credit analyst should ultimately progress into the following roles in various departments across the bank: Senior Credit Analyst or Risk Analyst in Corporate credit group Portfolio Manager and /or Relationship Manager in Commercial Real Estate and Middle Market Lending groups Business Banker in Business Banking group\nThe credit Department provides analytical support to various departments within the Commercial Banking Division.
