Accounting for and prepping parts, an Assembler, enables the efficient production process to flow smoothly through subsequent fabrication departments. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS · Reads and comprehends blueprint and part drawings. · Confirms that all required parts are accounted for within the production process. · Peels protective vinyl coating in areas that require welding. · Follows the blueprint to locate components and install them as required. ( e.g., channels under table tops, locks/catches on doors, brackets on shelves etc.) · Installs channels on various parts by locating and applying weld studs and pal nuts to hold in place. · Applies brush on undercoating material on required parts. · Stacks various parts on tables and carts in a manner that avoids scratches or dents. · Maintains reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, dependable, and flexible to potential schedule changes to meet the needs of the department and the organization. · Executes each essential duty satisfactorily to perform job successfully. · Follows all safety proc
