Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.\nStrong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).\nHands-on experience with Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, and OpenAI on Azure.\nExperience building solutions with Copilot Studio and Power Platform.\nSolid understanding of forecasting techniques (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, etc.) and time series analysis.\nFamiliarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.\nKnowledge of Lakehouse architecture and tools like Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.\nBest Practices Knowledge of Medallion Architecture.\nStrong understanding of Devops and MLOps, version control, and CI/CD for ML.\nWorking knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) for managing context across AI systems and enabling interoperability.\nExperience with A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication protocols for orchestrating autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMaster’s Degree in related field preferred\nAzure AI Engineer Certification Preferred\nMicrosoft Fabric Certification Preferred\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
