In addition, the Quality Auditor will work with our Quality Assurance team to develop and implement new quality control procedures.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct in-process product quality audits to ensure items meet acceptance criteria\nCommunicate findings with operator, supervisors and management\nDocument results in D365 ERP system\nSpecify, implement, and test quality management procedures and controls to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and customer requirements\nConduct audits of organizational processes, operations, and systems to identify and recommend changes and improvements\nEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management processes\nTrain personnel in quality management\nDevelop and implement procedures and controls to manage quality processes\nMaintain accurate documentation to support policies and procedures\nEnsure that policies and procedures are followed, and that all work is documented in the company’s document management system\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nExtreme attention to detail\nAbility to interpret product drawings and tolerances\nAbility to utilize inspection and test equipment\nAbility to learn and understand a variety of product applications and functions\nStrong written and verbal communication skills - Bilingual skills a plus\nMust be team oriented\nMust be trustworthy, dependable, and self-motivated\nProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook\nAbility to lift 50 lbs on occasion.\nHigh School Diploma / GED\nCompensations and Benefits:\nWe offer a wide range of career opportunities with excellent benefits.
