This role ensures materials are received accurately, processed efficiently, and stored properly to support downstream operations. The Supervisor leads teams, enforces operational standards, and drives accountability across inbound processes while maintaining safety and productivity goals.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise daily receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away operations \nEnsure all inbound shipments are received accurately, timely, and properly documented \nOperate and oversee VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) equipment, including put-away and retrieval (put/pull operations) \nManage and execute production requests and material requests to support internal operations and workflow continuity \nLead, train, and develop employees; issue and document corrective actions as necessary \nMonitor team performance, productivity, and attendance; drive accountability across the shift \nReview and approve employee payroll and timekeeping records \nEnsure accurate system transactions and maintain inventory integrity using WMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) \nCoordinate dock schedules, labor planning, and equipment utilization to maximize inbound efficiency \nCommunicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely flow of goods \nMaintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and internal warehouse procedures \nPartner cross-functionally with fulfillment, inventory, production, and transportation teams to ensure seamless product flow \nCreate and deliver daily shift reports, KPI updates, and operational communications\nQualifications:\n Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred or 3-5+ years of leadership experience in distribution operations\nStrong knowledge of fulfillment operations (pick/pack/ship workflows)\n\nExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\n\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar WMS preferred\n\nProven experience handling employee performance management and corrective actions\n\nExperience with timekeeping/payroll systems and approvals\n\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment\n\nCompensation and Benefits:\nWe offer a wide range of career opportunities with excellent benefits.
