Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.\n\nUS Citizenship\n\nDesired Skills\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years in leadership or management role.\n\nTechnical Skills: Strong background in one of the disciplines such as Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Signal Processing, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering.\n\nLeadership Skills: Proven experience in managing a team through development, testing, and deployment of products to customers\n\nEducation: Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers in software or AI or data science fields, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development.\n\nProject Oversight: Oversee software projects, ensure the engineers are working within program management timelines, quality processes are being followed, and performance standards are met with respect to project deliverables.\n\nTechnical Guidance: Offer technical expertise in design and development, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining best practices.\n\nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Program, and QA to coordinate product goals and timelines.\n\nHiring & Retention: Participate in recruitment efforts to attract and retain top engineering talent. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.\n\nProcess Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and practices to enhance team efficiency and quality.\n\nPerformance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement action plans to help team members reach their full potential.\nExceptional work ethic, willingness to learn, tenacity not to quit, aptitude to surpass, and strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary for success.
