methodologies, standards, and controls\nManage project execution to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within approved scope and budget, while meeting defined quality standards. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, consultants, and external partners to achieve project objectives. \nManage project dependencies across multiple initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce delivery risks. \nLead formal change control processes, including assessment of scope, schedule, resource, financial, and operational impacts. \nEnsure project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle and reflects current project status. \nMonitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting tools to support informed decision-making. \nSupport procurement activities, and implementation planning where applicable. \nEnsure successful operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and transition of completed projects into sustainable business operations.\n\nEducation Partner Migration (Primary Focus)Lead project planning for migration of education partners to the Docebo platform\nDevelop detailed migration and onboarding plans, including timelines and readiness criteria\nCollaborate across business, technical teams, and external partners to support successful implementation\nOversee transition of partners from project delivery to operations\nManage project risks, issues, dependencies, and operational impacts throughout each migration. \nCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT, defect resolution, implementation planning, cutover activities, and transition to operational support. \nEnsure all partners successfully transition from project implementation into sustainable operational support with appropriate documentation, training, governance, and support models. \nMonitor project outcomes, partner adoption, satisfaction, and benefits realization, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and future enhancements.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & CollaborationLead stakeholder engagement activities across Education, Information Management Group (IMG), Digital, Marketing, Executive Leadership, external education partners, and implementation partners.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership\nFacilitate alignment on priorities, scope, and deliverables across diverse groups\nLead discussions to resolve competing priorities, risk issues and conflicting stakeholder interests which ensuring decisions are documented and communicated. \nProvide recommendations to project sponsors and senior leadership regarding emerging issues, project impacts, and delivery options\nDevelop, execute and implement project communication plans for diverse stakeholder groups\n\nData, Reporting & Performance TrackingDevelop and maintain project dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and performance metrics to monitor project health and progress\nEstablish and maintain mechanisms to track progress against GLA growth targets and KPIs\nPrepare and deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and executive reports\nAnalyze project performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement. effectiveness.\n\nAI & Innovation EnablementLead project planning to implement novel AI-enabled learning features and content\nDevelop implementation plans, timelines, resource requirements, and success measures for innovation initiatives\nCollaborate with technical and learning teams to test and launch new technologies on the platform (in accordance with CAMH AI policies and procedures).\nTrack and report on progress related to AI-enabled learning assets\n\nIntake, Prioritization & Partner OnboardingSupport structured intake and prioritization of new initiatives and partner requests, in alignment with executive and senior leaders\nCoordinate onboarding processes for new partners and programs\nEnsure alignment with governance processes and resource capacity\n\nTransition & Project Close\nEnsure effective project close-out and transition to operational teams\nDocument lessons learned and best practices\nConduct project evaluations, benefits realization reviews, and lessons learned sessions to identify successes and opportunities for improvement. \nDevelop recommendations to strengthen governance, delivery frameworks, operational processes, and future project implementations.\n\n Provide overall leadership and accountability for assigned projects from initiation through project close.\nLead multidisciplinary project teams through indirect supervision, providing direction, coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback related to project management practices, collaboration, and delivery, while recognizing that functional performance management remains the responsibility of departmental leaders. \nAs a senior leader in the organization, provide coaching and mentoring and performance feedback as necessary to project team members and others as identified\nLead formal change control processes, evaluating impacts to scope, schedule, budget, resources, and organizational readiness.\nRepresent the Enterprise Project Management Office in organizational initiatives, committees, and working groups as required.\nThe incumbent will be responsible for hands-on leadership as well as execution of work in order to achieve goals and objectives relating to the assigned project(s).
