regional team.\nResponsibilities include:\nRepresenting Camlin, by ensuring the customer comes first, and that field works are maintained on track and supported in a professional manner whilst delivering excellent levels of customer service.\nEnsures compliance with Company and customer Health, Safety and Environmental policies.\nInstallation / Commissioning / Service and maintenance of Camlin HV monitoring devices.\nPreparation of Field reports and documentation on a timely basis\nCustomer training and follow up including on-site visits\nSupport internal trainee training, for upcoming new trainees within Field team\nAssesses product/equipment performance based on field data; recommend modifications or improvements through appropriate business channels\nProvides technical field support to customers, departmental functions and other service professionals as required.\nConduct site surveys and participate in site meetings as required.\nUndertake and regularly update all training associated with the role, inclusive of external mandatory H&S / Customer training as directed.\nUndertake other such duties that are required, commensurate with the role.\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED\nElectrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering qualification or experience equivalent to minimum 2 years’ experience in an engineering environment.\nMust possess a strong safety mind-set to assure the work completed reflects the technical requirements within industry safety standards.\nMust have strong customer service skills and can interact confidently and professionally with customers and team members, to provide services and training on equipment and products.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nGood computer skills.\nClean driving license.\nWillingness to start early and finish late as required.\nA willingness to work additional hours and the flexibility to work weekends if required.\nMust be able to travel throughout UK and Ireland and possibly to other customer locations as and when required, therefore a current passport and driver’s license are essential.\nMust be able to demonstrate strong electronic repair troubleshooting methodology and maintain high technical level of product knowledge.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nElectrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering qualification or experience equivalent to minimum 2 years’ experience in an engineering environment.\nDESIRABLE\nCandidates are expected to have one or more of the following: \nPrevious experience in providing engineering field services / training or prior experience within an electrical utility or electrical and mechanical systems for HV networks.\nTechnical skills and knowledge of HV transformers and utilities.\nGood project management skills and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.\nGood interpersonal and leadership skills.\nAbility to program devices via supplied instructions, cables, and software.\nSalesforce platform
