As of today, the Camlin operation spans over 20 countries across the globe.\nField Service Technician\nWHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY\nCamlin Energy has an exciting opportunity for someone to join us in a Field Service Technician position, based in North East Region, within Camlin's Global Services Department.\nRESPONSIBILITES\nRepresenting Camlin, by ensuring the customer comes first, and that field projects are maintained on track and supported in a professional manner whilst delivering excellent levels of customer service.\nEnsures compliance with Camlin Health, Safety and Environmental policies.\nUndertakes and regularly updates all training associated with the role including external mandatory H&S training as directed.\nCompletes training on the Installation / Commissioning and general servicing of standard HV products to be installed regionally within Northern America.\nWorking within live sub-stations and network facilities, primarily within the designated region.\nInstallation and commissioning of standard HV products.\nGeneral service and maintenance duties involving the standard HV products.\nReports to Field Service Manager on works carried out, work orders and service appointments.\nCompiles and issues reports on works carried out to the Operational Officer.\nMaintain constant communication with Field and Operational functions, enabling efficient & timely planning and scheduling of works.\nCommunicates and aligns with the wider team, reporting on customer satisfaction throughout inc post works.\nSupports the non-conformance chain of issues within field projects, applying critical thinking skills, working with customer support to ensure relevant feedback and details are received and passed on for verification and analysis. \nUndertake other such duties that are required, commensurate with the role.\nUp to 70% travel may be required to carry out duties as assigned\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED\nA positive, can-do attitude, keen to learn and develop your skills.\nExperience in a similar role.\nIT proficient with good documentation management\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.\nAttention to detail.\nA willingness to work additional hours and the flexibility to work weekends as required;
