As of now, Camlin operates in over 20 countries worldwide.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the configuration and assembly of Camlin products in our Atlanta facility and also serve as the North American Safety Lead for Camlin, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and promoting a strong safety culture.\nRole Responsibilities\nOversee the configuration, testing, and validation of transformer monitoring systems in the Atlanta facility in alignment to our global standards. \nDevelop and optimize assembly processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability. \nCollaborate with UK-based engineering and production teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and best practices. \nAssist with troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing and integration challenges. \nSupport supply chain and logistics teams in ensuring timely availability of materials. \nDevelop, implement, and maintain a safety compliance program for the Camlin North America \nEnsure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations. \nConduct safety training, audits, and risk assessments for manufacturing and field service operations. \nPromote a culture of workplace safety and continuous improvement. \nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering (or related field). \nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. \nPrevious experience leading or managing a safety program. \nKnowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices for workplace safety. \nStrong problem-solving skills and
