  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across investor-owned utilities, cooperatives, municipalities, transmission operators, renewable energy providers, and rail organizations.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through solution development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting, market intelligence, and competitive insights to leadership.
  • Develop strategic account plans for high-value customers across the Midwest region.

  • Provide market feedback to support product development and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Support broader North American business objectives through collaboration with sales leaders across the United States and globally.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, account strategies, and commercial excellence initiatives.

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in the utility, energy, electrical infrastructure, industrial technology, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex technical solutions, software, analytics platforms, or industrial technologies into utility and infrastructure customers.
  • Strong knowledge of the Midwest utility and energy market, including key investor-owned utilities, cooperatives, municipalities, and transmission organizations.
  • Experience engaging with executive-level decision-makers and managing long, consultative sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly across the Midwest region and occasionally internationally.

Preferred Experience
