Utilizes selling reports to understand floor capacity, layout, and sell through opportunities\nSupport the General Manager and leadership team with goal achievement (KPIs)\nMotivate and inspire the team to achieve/exceed hourly, daily, weekly business goals through in-store selling, using strong business acumen skills\nCreate and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity and a passion for the Camp brand\nPartner with the General Manager to identify and assess training needs. Create tailored training plans to implement various training methods to enhance team members skills and performance\nAssist in managing labor spend to optimize responsible spending and profit opportunities\nOther duties as assigned\nPROGRAMMING/CELEBRATIONS\nLead the planning and execution for all programming, special events and celebrations that take place in the store\nEnsure schedule is written to leverage all in-store programming events (Meet & Greets, Slime Bootcamps, Birthday Parties, etc)\nCommunicate all upcoming special events to store to team to maximize increase in customer traffic and business opportunities\nConsistently works to optimize revenue potential by identifying programming opportunities during peak and non-peak times. Partner with Director of Programming to optimize performance\nEngage with all incoming birthday party leads. Actively sell/upsell birthday parties to achieve selling targets. Partner with Celebrations and Events Sales Coordinator to optimize performance\nEnsure available time slots are up to date to maximize events and party booking opportunities\nManage and coach team performance to ensure customer experience and reviews are positively impacted\nEnsure all programming related supplies are fully stocked. If necessary, place supply orders to ensure proper inventory levels\nWhat are the physical demands?\nAbility to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights (may be climbing up and down a ladder)\nExposure to outdoor elements such as sun, precipitation, and wind\nRegularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store\nAbility to safely operate manual and electrical equipment from time to time\nAble to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store\nKneeling and squatting from time to time when engaging children or stocking / restocking shelves\nCompensation: $24.00/hr\nWhat is required?\nAbility to work at least one weekend day/week, but ideally both! \nOpen availability. This role is full-time, and you will be working approximately 40 hours / each week\nStrong organization skills with a keen attention to detail\nDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals\nPrior work experience in any of the following areas: retail, child-care, child development/ education, performing arts.\nExcellence, enthusiasm, and excitement around engaging with
