Our platform and API-based products serve diverse stakeholders across the telecommunications and messaging ecosystems.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, design, and execution of TCR’s global expansion product portfolio. In this role, you will lead high-impact 0-to-1 product initiatives, build complex API-based software workflows, and partner closely with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and GTM teams to expand our international footprint.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, own, and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and feature scope for TCR’s international expansion solutions.\n- End-to-End Delivery: Lead new product initiatives from concept through delivery and market readiness, working directly with product leads and senior engineering teams.\n- Complex Workflow Design: Spec complex software and API flows while assessing cross-functional implications across product, finance, analytics, and operational compliance.\n- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market, Legal, and Compliance teams to navigate international regulatory requirements and capture key global market opportunities.\n- Customer Insights: Conduct customer interviews, analyze global industry feedback, and synthesize user pain points to inform strategic product decisions.\n- Execution & Risk Mitigation: Track development progress, manage technical dependencies, proactively identify risks, and articulate mitigation strategies to stakeholders.\nQualifications & Requirements\n- Experience: 6+ years of product management experience with software products, with a strong emphasis on B2B SaaS.\n- Technical Expertise: Deep experience with API-driven products, technical architecture, and complex multi-workstream platform integrations.\n- 0-to-1 Track Record: Proven track record of launching 0-to-1 products, platform/ecosystem features, or multi-sided marketplaces.\n- Delivery Frameworks: Strong background in scaled agile software development and feature delivery, with expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence.\n- Domain Experience: Experience with global product launches is strongly preferred. Telecom/CPaaS/messaging industry experience is a significant plus.\n- Global Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams in a dynamic environment.\n- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.\n- Mindset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills combined with a collaborative, team-first attitude.\nBenefits\n- Basic Salary Range: $130,000- $160,000 annually.
