Implements and ensures compliance for company policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as actions that support teamwork and team development.\nWhat you will do...\nManages the full scope of training program(s) across the entire plant - concept to implementation.\nAnalyzes training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
