The Program Manager will lead demand management processes, support the implementation of the Product Operating Model, coordinate adoption and value realization activities, and provide visibility into portfolio performance across enterprise initiatives.\nThe role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Governance, Data & Analytics technology teams, and executive Management\nLead enterprise intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes for data, reporting, analytics, AI, and data science opportunities to ensure resources are focused on the highest-value business needs.\nFacilitate evaluation, prioritization, and routing of incoming requests to appropriate Product Managers, Product Owners, and delivery teams.\nMaintain a consolidated portfolio view of initiatives, priorities, backlog[DJ1.1] dependencies, business ownership, resource requirements, and implementation status.\nCoordinate governance forums, prioritization reviews, and investment decision-making processes across business and technology stakeholders.\nEnsure initiatives have defined business sponsors, accountable owners, adoption plans, expected outcomes, and value measurement approaches before entering delivery.\nProduct Operating Model Enablement\nSupport the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of Campbell's Product Operating Model.\nDevelop and maintain operating procedures, governance frameworks, intake processes, templates, and supporting documentation.\nPartner with Product Managers and Product Owners to establish consistent planning, prioritization, roadmap, and value realization practices.\nPromote adoption of product-centric ways of working across business and technology teams.\nSupport organizational change management, communications, and training activities related to digital governance and product management practices.\nValue Realization & Adoption Management\nEstablish and maintain processes to track adoption, utilization, business outcomes, and value realization for digital products and initiatives.\nPartner with business stakeholders to define measurable success metrics, KPIs, and expected benefits.\nMonitor performance against business commitments and identify risks to adoption or value realization.\nDevelop executive dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio reporting to provide transparency into performance and outcomes.\nFacilitate value realization reviews and recommend actions when initiatives are not meeting expected results.\nProgram Leadership & Governance\nCoordinate cross-functional programs involving business functions, Product Managers, Data Governance, Data Science, Analytics, and IT Data & Analytics teams.\nManage governance activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder communications across the portfolio.\nFacilitate steering committees, governance forums, prioritization reviews, and executive updates.\nDrive accountability for action items, decisions, and follow-through across stakeholders.\nSupport annual planning, investment reviews, and portfolio prioritization processes.\nStrategic & Operational Support\nServe as a trusted partner to the VP, Digital, Data & AI Governance in establishing and operating the Central Data & Product Delivery Team.\nHelp define, implement, and continuously improve governance processes, operating rhythms, metrics, and management reporting.\nIdentify opportunities to improve transparency, efficiency, adoption, and business value across the digital portfolio.\nSupport strategic planning, roadmap development, organizational communications, and leadership presentations.\n________________________________________\nScope of Responsibility\nSupports an enterprise-wide portfolio of data, analytics, AI, reporting, data science, and digital initiatives.\nInfluences prioritization, investment, sequencing, and governance decisions across multiple business functions.\nCollaborates with Product Managers, Product Owners, Data Governance leaders, Data Stewards, Platform Owners, Data Scientists, Analytics teams, business leaders, and IT Data & Analytics teams.\nOperates across strategy, governance, prioritization, adoption, and value realization activities.\nPrepares concise[DJ2.1] visibility and reporting to senior leadership regarding portfolio health, business ownership, adoption metrics, and realized business outcomes.\nExercises considerable independent judgment in coordinating priorities, resolving conflicts, and improving enterprise processes.\nWhile delivery of solutions remains the responsibility of Product Teams and Technology Delivery teams, this role is accountable for ensuring initiatives have appropriate prioritization, business sponsorship, adoption plans, and value realization measures in place before and after implementation.\n________________________________________\nKnowledge & Skill Requirements\nFunctional Expertise\nStrong understanding of portfolio management, program management, governance, and demand management disciplines.\nExperience managing large cross-functional programs and complex stakeholder environments.\nWorking knowledge of data and analytics ecosystems, reporting platforms, AI capabilities, and data science programs.\nUnderstanding of Product Operating Model concepts, including Product Management, Product Ownership, prioritization, roadmapping, adoption, and value realization.\nExperience establishing governance practices, operating models, and performance management processes.\nLeadership & Business Skills\nExceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to influence decisions and drive alignment without
