assess impacts and support implementation and reporting updates.\n\nStakeholder management & escalationBuild strong working relationships across Card leadership, Finance, PMs, and control partners.\nProactively and constructively escalate issues, and present complex topics clearly and concisely to management\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).\n Experience: 1-3 years in an accounting/controllership environment (internal or external).\n Preferred certifications: CA / CPA / MBA (Finance).\nDomain preference: Prior experience in Controllers within Retail Banking/Card (preferred).\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong understanding of US GAAP (preferred).\nStrong analytical capability including variance analysis and ability to synthesize large datasets into clear messaging for leadership.\nStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail; able to operate with appropriate governance and controls mindset.\nAbility to learn quickly, structure an approach, and execute to deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.\nStrong project execution skills;
