reviews within defined service level agreements\nIdentify issues, risks, or control gaps and escalate promptly to ensure appropriate oversight and stakeholder engagement\nPartner with risk and control stakeholders to support effective risk mitigation and adherence to required controls\nDocument review outcomes clearly and maintain accurate case records\nContribute to process improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve client experience\nSupport routine performance and quality metrics reporting for the team\nMaintain and improve standard operating procedures to reflect new policies and ongoing risk management activities\nRepresent the team in forums, discussions, and working sessions as needed\nRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities\nKnowledge of investor services products (for example: custody, fund administration, and fund accounting) relevant to billing setup and operational support\nBasic accounting knowledge to support accurate review and validation of billing-related setups\nDemonstrated ability to manage time effectively and deliver work against critical deadlines\nDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders\nDemonstrated ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose practical resolutions\nRisk and control awareness, including ability to prioritize work based on impact and urgency\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively to achieve shared team goals\nPreferred qualifications, skills and capabilities\nExperience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (for example: simplifying steps, reducing rework, or improving quality checks)\nExperience supporting operational performance reporting and quality metrics tracking\nExperience maintaining procedure documentation and ensuring changes are reflected accurately and clearly\nDemonstrated ability to coach or support peers through knowledge sharing and best practices\nShift:
